Senior Consultant - People (HRBP)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit Heads to translate business strategy into effective people strategies and organizational design.
• Drive end-to-end talent management processes, including succession planning, high-potential identification, and talent reviews.
• Foster a high-performance culture by coaching managers on employee experience, retention, and conflict resolution.
• Lead performance management cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and data-backed decision-making.
• Identify critical capability gaps and partner with L&D to deliver targeted development interventions.
• Analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and engagement to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs and improve the quality of leadership hires.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and policy implementation.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience.
• Proven experience working within consulting, professional services, or knowledge-based organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to support and influence senior leadership teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting HR metrics and workforce data.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience working in high-growth or matrixed organizational structures.
• Exposure to competency frameworks and organizational design.
• Proficiency with HRIS and people analytics tools.
