About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data-driven investigations to identify potential wage underpayment against complex pay rules and entitlements
  • Perform data quality reviews and identify anomalies within time & attendance, human resource, and payroll systems
  • Develop calculation models to assist in the remediation of complex wage and leave issues
  • Create ongoing monitoring reports and dashboards to support continuous wage compliance
  • Perform cost modelling to assist clients in planning and negotiating new Enterprise Agreements

Requirements

  • Proven experience analyzing large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to quantify compliance issues
  • Proficiency in developing data models using SQL, Alteryx, or Excel (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Tertiary qualification in a business or technical discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Law, IT, or Engineering)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within a professional services environment
