Senior Consultant - Payroll Compliance

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven investigations to identify potential wage underpayment against complex pay rules and entitlements
• Perform data quality reviews and identify anomalies within time & attendance, human resource, and payroll systems
• Develop calculation models to assist in the remediation of complex wage and leave issues
• Create ongoing monitoring reports and dashboards to support continuous wage compliance
• Perform cost modelling to assist clients in planning and negotiating new Enterprise Agreements

Requirements

• Proven experience analyzing large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to quantify compliance issues
• Proficiency in developing data models using SQL, Alteryx, or Excel
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse teams of data analysts and subject matter specialists

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in professional services
• Tertiary qualifications in business disciplines (e.g., finance, accounting, law) or technical disciplines (e.g., IT, computing, engineering)
