Senior Consultant, Payroll Advisory

Responsibilities

• Address matters relating to payroll compliance, industry awards, data cleansing, and reconciliation modelling
• Design, build, and implement reconciliation tools using Excel and other platforms
• Analyze complex Excel workbooks for review and simplification
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and tasks in alignment with frameworks
• Organize and attend stakeholder and client meetings while managing client relationships
• Document and follow up on key actions resulting from meetings

Requirements

• Exposure to payroll compliance or payroll remediation projects
• High proficiency in Excel is essential
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, or similar data platforms
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and meetings, facilitate discussions, and present solutions
• Strong commitment to the successful delivery of projects and outcomes
