Senior Consultant, Patient Services

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned project tasks and prepare materials for project meetings
• Conduct analysis of primary and secondary research efforts
• Create and utilize analytical tools to support client decision-making
• Develop materials communicating the results of complex analyses
• Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform commercial strategies
• Regularly engage with senior-level clients to deliver actionable solutions
• Demonstrate accountability for the completion of all project responsibilities

Requirements

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, specifically regarding market access (pricing, contracting, channel strategy, and patient services)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) with 2+ years of consulting experience
• OR an Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of consulting experience
• 3+ years of biopharma industry experience
• Deep fluency in the hub services ecosystem, including benefits verification and copay assistance
• Knowledge of trade and distribution, including wholesaler dynamics and specialty pharmacy networks
