Senior Consultant or Manager Cloud Data Platform

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for cloud data platforms and their components (ingestion, visualization, consumption).
• Implement cloud-based solutions using platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Lead functional analysis and scoping for data transformation projects to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define client strategies regarding Cloud Data Platforms, including use cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage and coordinate data projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Design and implement AI use cases within data platforms, such as RAG and Agentic AI.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations in cloud and data technologies.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in AI & Data, ideally within consulting or the financial/insurance sectors.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency in programming and data processing languages, specifically Python and SQL.
• Experience with modern development processes including DataOps, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines using technologies like Spark, Kafka, or R.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Lean).
• Fluency in English for international client and team communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of vector databases (ChromaDB, Qdrant) and graph databases (Neo4J).
• Experience with Machine Learning engineering and statistical modeling.
• Previous experience in team leadership or managing client relationships.
• Industry-specific knowledge of banking, insurance, or asset management regulatory environments.
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud or data technologies.
