Senior Consultant or Manager, Advisory (Consulting)

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of client engagements across strategy, transformation, and operating model initiatives
• Prepare high-quality deliverables including reports, proposals, and client presentations
• Facilitate and support workshops with clients and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisations
• Contribute to project planning, delivery, and coordination using structured or Agile approaches
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and organisational uplift
• Contribute to business development activities including proposal development and client insights

Requirements

• Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid-tier preferred)
• Experience supporting or delivering transformation, strategy, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to facilitate discussions
• Experience preparing structured outputs including reports, proposals, and presentations
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to operating model design, process improvement, or governance frameworks
• Experience working within the Justice or Not-for-Profit sectors
