About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of ongoing monitoring, risk reporting, and risk trigger processes within the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
  • Create, review, and syndicate risk metrics, dashboards, alerts, and triage processes related to third-party engagements.
  • Design and periodically review program artifacts, risk methodologies, service categories, and reporting thresholds.
  • Track program throughput across the lifecycle, including planning, due diligence, contracting, and termination.
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement through automation and process streamlining.
  • Partner with business units and the 2nd Line of Defense (2LOD) to ensure quality program execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain robust documentation of controls, risk decisions, and remediations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience.
  • Deep expertise in the Three Lines of Defense (3LOD) model.
  • Extensive experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), including risk scoring and aggregation methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of global risk regulatory requirements (e.g., US OCC, FFIEC, FRB, FDIC or UK PRA, FCA).
  • Proven track record of managing vendor risk or leading large-scale compliance initiatives.
  • Professional TPRM certification such as CTPRP or CTPRA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using risk management tools such as Coupa, ServiceNow, Cybeta, or Interos.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business units and global teams.
