Senior Consultant - OneStream Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of OneStream solutions, including data integration, workflow setup, and reporting configurations
• Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions based on complex business requirements
• Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Provide advanced support to resolve OneStream-related issues and troubleshoot system errors
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
• Develop training materials, user guides, and system documentation for end-users
• Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of the platform across client teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial performance management processes such as budgeting, planning, and consolidation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion, or other financial performance management platforms
• Familiarity with SQL or data integration concepts
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as VBScript or Python
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Knowledge of ERP applications such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion
