Senior Consultant, Non-Profit Advisory

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for customer success through strategic problem-solving and active listening to align with client visions.
• Co-create solutions to meet client needs by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making at the senior level of high-impact organizations to enable sustainable impact.
• Manage project lifecycles, ensuring strong project management, team leadership, and overall profitability.
• Support business development by working with sales teams to ensure accurate scoping and effort estimation.
• Contribute to organizational thought leadership by generating meaningful content for the social impact ecosystem.
• Lead internal strategic initiatives and mentor junior team members to strengthen organizational culture.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in consulting, complex operations, business development, or social enterprises.
• Proven expertise in project management, executing tasks within set timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use advanced tools to present findings visually.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to develop innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) to design frameworks for assessing program effectiveness.
• Deep understanding of organizational development to implement strategies for efficiency and culture.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of fostering empathetic dialogue with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized expertise in sectors such as Education, Skilling, Agriculture, or Health.
• Experience working with global foundations or in a robust entrepreneurial environment.
