Senior Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather business and technical requirements
• Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions using Power Platform components including Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio
• Design Power Pages architectures and configure portals to meet specific business requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Oversee functional and technical testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Partner with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to drive adoption

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, with a specific focus on Power Pages
• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification
• PL-200 certification
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks
• Ability to model complex business processes and structure data effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (a strong asset for Québec-based projects)
• Experience drafting detailed functional and technical specifications
