Senior Consultant MEP

Responsibilities

• Participate in acquisition and sale audits of existing properties and project developments across all asset classes within the MEP/TGA scope
• Conduct technical due diligence including document review, site inspections, and technical assessments (cost estimation and regulatory compliance)
• Perform condition assessments for heating, ventilation, sanitary, HVAC, elevator technology, electrical, MSR/GLT, and technical fire protection
• Participate in internal quality control for costs and reports within the MEP sector
• Monitor projects for new and existing buildings
• Develop feasibility studies within interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

• University degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, or a comparable technical qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, planning in the MEP sector, technical assessment, or technical property/asset management
• Proficiency in assessing construction and repair costs and performing condition assessments
• Deep knowledge in at least one MEP trade with an interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
