Senior Consultant - Marketing Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within large transformation programs and independently deliver smaller engagements end-to-end.
• Design and implement marketing operating models, including organizational structure, governance, processes, and ways of working.
• Develop data-driven marketing strategies focusing on segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle engagement.
• Support MarTech strategy and enablement initiatives using platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe.
• Identify and support AI-enabled marketing use cases in collaboration with data and technology teams.
• Translate client challenges into structured analyses, insights, and practical recommendations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting, digital services, or relevant industry roles.
• Proven expertise in marketing strategy, marketing transformation, or customer engagement.
• Strong experience in marketing operating model design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, including MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Adobe) and omnichannel engagement.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent consulting skills, including structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree, such as an MBA.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled marketing use cases like personalization, content, or agentic solutions.
• Familiarity with agile marketing practices and innovation frameworks.
