Senior Consultant - LNG

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and technical due diligence for LNG import terminals
• Deliver engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs, and detailed process calculations
• Prepare ITB and EPC bidding documents according to local and international standards
• Collaborate with FEED/EPC contractors to review proposals and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Develop high-quality technical reports and maintain effective client communication

Requirements

• 8–10 years of process engineering/design experience in LNG import terminal projects
• Expertise in LNG terminal process design, including topside equipment, storage tanks, and regasification systems
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and performing hydraulic and process calculations
• Experience developing and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, and HMBs
• Ability to support HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL assessments
• Hands-on experience with Aspen HYSYS
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Strong English communication and report writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemical Engineer with an MBA
• Experience working with reputed engineering firms or international consulting companies
• Currently based in Taiwan
