About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned project tasks and prepare materials for project meetings
- Conduct analysis of primary and secondary research efforts
- Create and utilize analytical tools to support client decision-making
- Develop materials communicating the results of complex analyses
- Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to inform corporate and commercial strategies
- Regularly engage with senior-level clients to deliver actionable solutions
- Demonstrate accountability for the completion of all project responsibilities
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
- Expertise in market access related areas (e.g., pricing, contracting, payer mix, or patient access)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS) with 2+ years of consulting experience
- Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of consulting experience
- 3+ years of direct biopharma industry experience
