Senior Consultant - Lean Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver Lean and operational excellence projects across various industries
• Conduct detailed process analyses and identify inefficiencies
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive change
• Support the design and implementation of transformation roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations in client-facing roles
• Solid understanding of business processes and operational improvement
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
