Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting projects across assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Contribute to day-to-day client interactions, including meetings, workshops, and progress updates
• Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support strategy development and organizational assessments
• Develop high-quality project deliverables, including presentations, reports, models, and documentation
• Support public sector engagements, including strategy development and transformation programs
• Assist in projects related to strategy execution, value realization, and performance management
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of outputs
• Support proposal development and business development activities through research and content development
• Provide guidance and informal support to junior consultants or analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Experience supporting management consulting engagements in the Saudi Arabian public sector is strongly preferred
• Experience in strategy development, organizational design, change management, or digital transformation
• Strong analytical, structuring, research, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required
