Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead consultants to deliver on-site improvement projects for clients across North America
• Deliver complex workstreams requiring strong technical ability and scope management
• Form senior relationships within client teams
• Provide direction, structured feedback, and coaching to the consultant team
• Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines
• Identify improvement opportunities and roll out solutions with the client
• Generate new business through project additions and referrals
• Support internal improvement initiatives and peer project reviews

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience or operations leadership
• Experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or complex programs
• Proficiency in complex data analysis
• University degree in engineering, science, business, or accounting
• Experience in organizational change management and end-to-end project implementation
• Ability to travel frequently and stay on-site with clients during the week
