Senior Consultant - Internal Audit & Risk Advisory

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Perform process walkthroughs, control testing, and root cause analysis to identify risks and control gaps
• Develop practical recommendations and high-quality, Audit Committee-ready reports
• Assess and uplift enterprise risk management, governance structures, and internal control frameworks
• Support the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose risk and compliance frameworks
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Coach and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative team culture
• Support business development initiatives, including proposals and identifying value-add opportunities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in internal audit, risk consulting, or governance and controls
• Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing engagements
• Strong capability in risk assessments and audit planning
• Solid understanding of control design and effectiveness testing
• Knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks such as ISO 31000 and COSO
• Strong understanding of governance and assurance models
