Senior Consultant - Innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead specific modules within large-scale projects and manage smaller projects independently
• Coach and develop junior consultants within your project teams
• Drive innovation management, growth strategies, and business model development for clients
• Collaborate with industry experts to deliver tailor-made solutions in life sciences, biopharma, and high-tech sectors
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge development by capturing insights from client engagements
• Participate in office-wide strategic studies and internal development projects

Requirements

• Academic university education (WO)
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or strategic roles within life sciences, biopharma, or high-tech
• Proven experience in strategic and project-based work
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and presentation design in PowerPoint
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex arguments
• Experience managing others and delegating tasks effectively
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement with mobilizing funds
• Technical or academic background in relevant scientific or high-tech fields
• Experience working within innovation ecosystems or public-private partnerships
