Senior Consultant in Procurement

Responsibilities

• Support clients in improving competitiveness through the transformation of Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.
• Drive Source-to-Pay (S2P) process improvements, digitalization, and tool selection (Marketplaces, Spend analytics, etc.).
• Develop purchasing operational models, including strategic roadmaps and category strategies.
• Lead environmental transition initiatives, such as CSR opportunities, carbon assessments, and circular economy projects.
• Manage procurement risks through tool selection, audits, and supplier development plans.
• Execute spend optimization through expenditure diagnosis, negotiation, and consumption reduction.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal business development and service offering reinforcement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Econometrics.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience within a consultancy firm.
• Proven knowledge of procurement strategy.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical mind with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable conclusions.
• A strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise quickly.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands).
