Senior Consultant in Evaluation

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple evaluation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on schedule and within budget
• Conduct rigorous evaluations of public policies and programs using quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Write clear, concise reports that present findings and recommendations in a compelling manner
• Deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders, translating complex information effectively
• Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate project delivery within the team while providing guidance and coaching to colleagues
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in public policy evaluation
• In-depth knowledge of EC Better Regulation Guidelines
• Expertise in digital policy (e.g., DSA, DMA, AI Act) or related fields like the data economy or media sectors
• Strong analytical skills with experience in rigorous evaluation methods and statistical data
• Excellent writing and communication skills for report writing and presentations
• Proven project management expertise and ability to handle multiple deadlines
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consultancy firm or professional services environment
• Knowledge of Cost-Benefit, Cost-Effectiveness, or Multi-Criteria Analysis
• Interest in emerging technologies such as cybersecurity, connectivity, or extended reality (XR)
