Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage project flows and lead internal project success throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Develop research materials including screeners, questionnaires, discussion guides, and tab/banner specs
• Lead analysis on qualitative and quantitative data to create story point outlines and report drafts
• Oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports to ensure high-quality insights
• Manage and coach several direct reports, providing clear performance expectations and professional development plans
• Act as a trusted partner to clients by gathering feedback and attending final report presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and managing direct reports
• Strong expertise in developing research materials and conducting data analysis
• Ability to lead both qualitative and quantitative research processes
• Excellent communication skills for client feedback gathering and team coaching
• Experience delivering high-quality insights for complex client accounts
