Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying business needs and developing practical, actionable solutions.
• Lead or support project engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Analyze complex business challenges and synthesize information to translate findings into clear strategic recommendations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders on goals, priorities, and risks.
• Develop professional proposals, reports, and client-facing materials to communicate insights and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workstreams and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in consulting, client service, or project management.
• Must currently reside in Puerto Rico or have the ability to relocate at your own expense.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work daily onsite at client locations in Puerto Rico.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting energy, utilities, or infrastructure-related clients.
• Familiarity with process improvement, change management, or strategic planning.
• Advanced degree or professional certification related to consulting or business analysis.
• Experience using data visualization or collaboration tools.
