Senior Consultant, Go-to-Market and Commercialization

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex GTM and commercialization initiatives, including new offerings, enhancements, and acquisitions
• Own commercialization plans for high-complexity launches, setting milestones and readiness expectations
• Drive process improvements by identifying systemic gaps and scaling opportunities within the commercialization operating model
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and resolve execution risks
• Translate product strategy and positioning into clear, seller-ready commercial messaging and enablement assets
• Oversee a portfolio of GTM initiatives, managing interdependencies, risks, and capacity

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercialization, go-to-market, sales enablement, or commercial operations
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact
• Strong program management and stakeholder leadership skills
• Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Experience translating complex product and operational inputs into actionable execution plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM or sales enablement tools
