Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end analytics consulting across APAC, including performance analytics, forecasting, and dashboard development.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytics roadmaps, solution wireframes, and execution plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, managing expectations, SLAs, KPIs, and governance cadences.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing cross-functional analytics team, overseeing capacity planning, resource allocation, and professional growth.
• Conduct drivers analysis and experimentation (A/B testing) to identify growth levers and drive measurable business impact.
• Oversee technical execution, ensuring data integrity, model quality, and rigorous documentation across large, complex data sources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the field of Analytics.
• Proven experience in managing both high-level client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, campaign management, dashboarding, and customer segmentation.
• Strong expertise in advanced statistical techniques such as decision trees and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
