Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and develop comprehensive data governance strategies.
• Support leadership in designing data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure data privacy and security.
• Build Data Governance capabilities by developing Points of View (PoVs), accelerators, and frameworks.
• Execute projects focused on data governance, data quality, data privacy, and metadata management across people, processes, and technology.
• Promote data governance awareness and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making among client stakeholders.
• Participate in data governance meetings and committees to drive continuous improvement of policies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Solid understanding of data governance best practices, data quality management, data privacy regulations, and security principles.
• Hands-on experience with Data Governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, or Alation.
• Experience with Data Privacy tools such as OneTrust or BigID.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and analytics technologies and their interaction with data governance.
• Professional certifications in data governance, such as DAMA-CDMP or DCAM.
