Senior Consultant, Environmental Compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance on environmental compliance projects, management system development, and auditing
• Develop procedures, plans, permit applications, and technical reports
• Assess regulatory compliance across multiple environmental programs and media
• Conduct compliance audits and support follow-up corrective actions aligned with federal, state, and local regulations
• Deliver on-site EHS compliance support at client facilities
• Design and implement environmental and EHS management systems and programs
• Support Project Managers to successfully deliver client projects and build collaborative client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability and willingness to travel to various client locations
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience recording, analyzing, and writing detailed technical data and reports
• Professional certifications such as EIT, ASP, or CHMM
