Senior Consultant, Enterprise Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital transformation and ERP implementation projects for top-tier clients
• Develop transformation roadmaps, cost estimations, and resource plans
• Design and configure business processes and target state system requirements
• Evaluate enterprise applications, data, and AI solutions to maximize tech investment value
• Manage program governance, quality assurance, and deployment strategies
• Support organizational change by restructuring operating models and onboarding teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics, engineering, IT, business management, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in IT/ERP consulting, software development, or IT project management
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday
• Proven experience in business process design and configuration
• Experience managing modules or workstreams in end-to-end ERP implementations (Agile or Waterfall)
• Fluency with Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for professional validation and usage
• Willingness to travel globally to client sites as required
