Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation - Public Services

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping and implementation of structural projects, including roadmap construction, impact analysis, and operational planning.
• Advise clients on organizational efficiency to improve operational performance and service delivery.
• Optimize business processes and streamline customer journeys.
• Manage change processes associated with the modernization of digital tools.
• Propose innovative digital use cases involving Big Data, predictive models, blockchain, and RPA.
• Deploy new working methodologies such as Agility, Co-design, and Lean/Lean-IT.
• Contribute to internal firm initiatives and specialized "tribes" like Data4business or Operational Excellence.

Requirements

• Engineering or Business degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm.
• Experience working with Public Sector clients is preferred.
• Strong digital culture and a keen interest in technological innovation.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate demanding client environments.
