Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation F&A

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic transformation roadmaps for F&A operations
• Drive client engagement and represent the transformation function in reviews and workshops
• Support RFP responses and lead solution defense presentations
• Identify and execute improvement opportunities in internal processes and client environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hyper automation, analytics, and AI-based solutions
• Act as a transformation mentor through structured learning interventions

Requirements

• Robust experience in F&A transformation (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
• Proven track record leading transformation or consulting engagements in a global delivery model
• Experience with automation platforms (RPA/BPM) and ERP systems
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to drive client workshops and digital value realization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in AI deployment within F&A or TSlU use cases
• Exposure to hyperautomation and analytics
• Lean Six Sigma certification or structured problem solving background
