Senior Consultant - Digital, Data & AI Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end digital, data, and AI strategy and transformation engagements
• Lead project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes within budget and timeline
• Advise senior client stakeholders on opportunity areas, target operating models, and execution paths
• Facilitate strategic discovery sessions and build actionable transformation roadmaps and business cases
• Analyze current-state capabilities across processes, data, and technology to provide pragmatic guidance
• Deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning
• Support proposal development and identify follow-on growth opportunities for the practice

Requirements

• 3+ years of management consulting or technology advisory experience in a client-facing role
• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to full-cycle digital, data, or AI-enabled transformation programs
• Deep understanding of digital strategy principles, data/analytics capabilities, and AI applications in business
• Strong business process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with roadmap development, business case creation, and operating model design
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous, and client-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in Financial Services, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Distribution
• Bilingualism in English and French
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Design Thinking, Agile, TOGAF, or Lean Six Sigma
• Certifications in data, cloud, AI/ML, or related technologies
• Exposure to platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
