Senior Consultant - DevOps

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, secure, and operate cloud and hybrid platforms for AI-driven applications within the AI Hub.
• Own the Azure-first DevOps platform, including reusable templates, pipeline blueprints, and deployment standards.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for front-end, back-end, data, and AI/ML services using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Define and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM.
• Deploy and manage services on Azure, including App Service, Functions, Container Apps, and AKS.
• Embed security by design into pipelines using Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, and private endpoints.
• Establish operational readiness through monitoring, alerting, and incident response using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Support the productionization of AI/GenAI workloads through LLMOps and MLOps patterns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure in production or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in CI/CD pipeline delivery (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, or ARM).
• Experience with Docker and container patterns; strong knowledge of Kubernetes/AKS.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting, and production troubleshooting.
• Understanding of enterprise security, including identity management, RBAC, and private networking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications, such as AZ-400 DevOps Engineer Expert.
• Deep expertise in AKS/Kubernetes operations (Helm, ingress, registries).
• Experience with Azure governance (Landing Zones, Policy, Defender for Cloud).
• Background in AI/GenAI platform experience (RAG, vector DBs, prompt pipelines).
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
