Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Help Life Sciences organizations navigate strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities through digital transformation.
• Lead, manage, and deliver consulting engagements end-to-end with resources in multiple locations.
• Support Veeva Vault implementations across RIM, Clinical, Quality, and/or Safety functions.
• Apply understanding of Veeva data models, data structures, standards, and governance to client projects.
• Drive meaningful transformation by delivering innovative and practical solutions within the health ecosystem.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• 2+ years of Life Sciences industry experience, specifically in Pharmaceutical R&D regulatory affairs or clinical development.
• Proven experience with Veeva Vault implementations (RIM, Clinical, Quality, or Safety).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs.
• Experience leading and managing engagements with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Veeva certification.
• Experience delivering complex consulting engagements.
• Ability to orchestrate virtual teams for successful project implementation.
• Strong presentation skills with comfort addressing both large and small audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
