Senior Consultant - Data Science & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Partner with client leadership, engineers, and program managers to understand and define data needs
• Identify, acquire, and process relevant data sources to discover trends and patterns
• Build predictive models, machine-learning algorithms, and generative AI solutions
• Develop data engineering pipelines, dashboards, and analytics applications
• Communicate complex insights to stakeholders through presentations and data storytelling
• Manage end-to-end projects including models, datasets, and measurement services
• Support business development through needs definition and proposal creation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Analytics, ideally within a consulting environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field from a top university
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with solid data modeling foundations
• Hands-on experience in data ingestion, model deployment, and dashboard publishing
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Proficiency with Databricks (Jobs, Pipelines, or Genie)
• Experience working with Generative AI tools and platforms
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali, or Tencent
