Senior Consultant - Data Engineer (AI & ML Data Platforms)

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams while setting high technical standards and supporting team growth.
• Design and deliver secure, scalable cloud data platforms and architect modern solutions for major cloud providers.
• Modernize data platforms and real-time systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build and launch production-ready machine learning pipelines and support enterprise GenAI and LLM-powered applications.
• Implement robust monitoring and observability for data and AI models to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.
• Lead client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Data Engineering and modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong expertise across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP ecosystems.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong Python engineering skills and software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI and ML data platforms.
• Experience implementing model monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical delivery workstreams and mentoring engineers.
