Senior Consultant Data & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to develop tailor-made solutions using SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Design and build modern data warehouse architectures and scalable reporting solutions
• Implement end-to-end analytics architectures and develop intuitive dashboards and KPIs
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and third-party sources into secure analytics environments
• Manage projects for the introduction and optimization of analytics solutions, ensuring quality and efficiency from analysis to go-live
• Conduct strategic workshops, demos, and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and customer enablement
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the Syntax Analytics portfolio

Requirements

• Several years of consulting experience with SAP Analytics, specifically focusing on BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance
• Strong understanding of data architectures, reporting strategies, and data-driven decision management
• Proven experience in project management or sub-project management
• Fluency in both German and English
• Independent, customer-oriented, and structured approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or initial exposure to Microsoft Fabric
