Senior Consultant-Complex Solutions

Responsibilities

• Translate complex customer challenges into comprehensive, financially sound integrated solutions.
• Develop rigorous business cases that model costs, risks, and ROI across the TELUS product suite.
• Identify and size high-value opportunities within Enterprise and Public Sector accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams across wireline, cloud, security, and applications to drive consensus on winning solutions.
• Build financial models accounting for cost structures, margin, and risk mitigation.
• Present and defend strategic solutions to C-suite and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in business case development and financial acumen.
• Strong strategic and risk analysis skills to identify and mitigate delivery and financial risks.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Ability to demonstrate matrix leadership and influence without direct positional authority.
• Consultative problem-solving approach focused on understanding customer business models.
• High degree of adaptability and ability to synthesize information across multiple technology domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise sales, pre-sales, or solution consulting within telecom, IT, or cloud sectors.
• Familiarity with wireline services, data centers, or network solutions.
• Background in Public Sector or government sales environments.
• Project management certification or process discipline (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
• University degree in business, technology, or a related field.
