Senior Consultant - Communications & Outreach

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and co-develop communication strategies for a national-level digital platform.
• Design and execute strategic outreach plans tailored for central and state government functionaries.
• Create high-quality, visually compelling communication materials including presentations, briefs, and toolkits.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and action-oriented formats for government stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and manage workshops, webinars, and on-ground events in partnership with government officials.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with senior bureaucrats and key project stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in communications, marketing, government consulting, or public policy.
• Proven track record of leading outreach or stakeholder initiatives, specifically with senior bureaucrats or ministries.
• Postgraduate degree in communications, development communications, public policy, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva (experience with Photoshop is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
• Strong organizational and program management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
