Senior Consultant - Collateral Management

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end margin lifecycle, including issuing and responding to margin calls for OTC and Repo trades
• Perform three-way reconciliations between Client, Counterparty, and House records for cash and collateral using TriOptima
• Drive resolution of margin disputes and ensure strict adherence to break closure timelines
• Review new client ISDA and CSA agreements to ensure accuracy in daily call processing
• Ensure compliance with UMR regulatory requirements, including Initial Margin (IM), Variation Margin (VM), and segregation requirements
• Execute month-end collateral interest processes and support regulatory margin call execution
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness by following SOPs and control frameworks

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Financial Services, specifically involving Collateral and Margin calls
• Proven experience working with Hedge Funds or Investment Management clients
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative discipline
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, including CDS, IRS, TRS, and other complex products
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with VBA is a significant plus
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with market platforms such as Cloud Margin, Colline, Trioptima, or Acadia
• Master's degree in a relevant field
