Senior Consultant - Circularity

Responsibilities

• Lead modules in large-scale projects and manage smaller projects, typically overseeing three to five consultants
• Collaborate with partners and industry experts to serve national and international clients on circularity, waste management, and recycling initiatives
• Coach and develop junior consultants within project teams
• Contribute to firm-wide knowledge development by capturing insights and lessons from client engagements
• Participate in office-wide strategic studies to further develop the firm's expertise in specific sectors

Requirements

• Academic university education (WO)
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or strategic/operational roles in large companies or the public sector
• Proven experience or involvement in waste management and/or recycling
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and presentation visualization (PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and structured argumentation skills
• Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
• Experience in managing others and delegating work
