Senior Consultant - Circular Chemistry & Materials

Responsibilities

• Lead specific modules within larger projects and manage the end-to-end execution of smaller projects.
• Coach and develop junior consultants within your project teams.
• Work closely with industry experts to deliver high-impact solutions for chemical and industrial clients.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge development by capturing insights and lessons from client engagements.
• Participate in office-wide initiatives and in-depth studies to advance the firm's expertise in circularity and sustainable materials.

Requirements

• Academic university education (WO).
• 4-7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or strategic/operational roles in large companies or the public sector.
• Proven prior involvement in circular chemistry and materials.
• Experience managing others and delegating work to junior team members.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and presentation storytelling (PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure complex arguments clearly.
