Senior Consultant - Capital Projects & Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and contract strategies for large infrastructure programmes
• Draft and review contracts, including NEC4 and alliance/construction team agreements
• Lead financial analyses of capital projects, including payment mechanisms and business cases
• Evaluate contractor payments, contract variations, and performance-based KPIs
• Provide portfolio insights and strategic investment optimization for multi-billion-euro portfolios
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and act as the primary client contact
• Deliver high-quality reporting and risk assessments

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in capital projects, infrastructure, or investment advisory
• Strong background in financial modeling and contract drafting
• Experience with large infrastructure projects such as highways, tunnels, or energy networks
• Expertise in payment mechanisms and cost-benefit analysis
• Academic background in Civil Engineering, Finance, or Economics
• Fluency in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional financial certifications such as CMA
