Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and integrate software applications to meet client needs.
• Translate business requirements and technical blueprints into detailed specifications and data models.
• Coordinate the efforts of lower-level team members and provide technical guidance.
• Perform impact analysis on code changes and monitor application performance to identify improvements.
• Manage the full software lifecycle, including design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Conduct integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with application support teams to resolve recurring incidents and minimize system impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, Technology, or a related field with 2 years of IT or engineering experience.
• Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of relevant IT/consulting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in any 4 tools/technologies across various categories (e.g., Programming Languages, Cloud Services, Databases, DevOps, or Testing Tools), with at least 2 tools coming from the same category.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (based in Chicago, IL) with occasional domestic travel.
