Senior Consultant, Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Execute migration strategies to transition clients from legacy data loads to the new Finbourne valuation and accounting platform
• Test migration strategies and schedules, including the reconciliation of historical transactions and client valuations
• Perform dry runs of the Migration Runbook and develop detailed procedural documentation for all critical migration steps
• Proactively identify, log, and resolve program risks, actions, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with agile teams to resolve reconciliation breaks that require code changes
• Participate in lessons learned exercises to drive continuous improvement for future migrations
• Ensure all activities comply with ECM and SDAM standards and controls

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-year transformation programs or working within a Change Management team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and transformation practices
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, variable environment with changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Understanding of Northern Trust’s legacy ecosystem (e.g., Fundmaster, GFA, GDL, DDL, MR, DB2)
