Senior Consultant-Benefits Management & RE Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead and support various concurrent projects in benefits management and real estate strategy
• Conduct client interviews and workshops to gather and analyze benefits data
• Translate business processes into baselines, targets, and KPIs
• Manage commissions, resources, and invoicing to meet fee objectives
• Implement regular communications regarding project progress to clients and stakeholders
• Develop thought leadership strategies to promote the Benefits Management consulting offer
• Support the identification of new consulting opportunities and contribute to bid proposals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Benefits Management, Business Case compilation, or Business Analysis
• Experience in major programme or portfolio environments
• Background in built environment projects or strategic estates consulting
• Experience with transformational programmes in public or private sectors (defence, healthcare, or government preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree qualification
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, MRICS, APM, or Better Business Cases
• Experience using technology and real estate data
• Experience engaging stakeholders within complex environments
