Senior Consultant - Azure

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and consulting of Azure-based solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, presentations, and solution design discussions.
• Manage project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, scoping, effort estimation, and risk mitigation.
• Delegate and manage technical tasks across local and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster technical growth.
• Design and define standards for low-to-medium complexity solutions using Azure compute, data, and integration services.
• Drive technical leadership by providing guidance on architecture, design, and technical trade-offs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proven expertise in Azure-based architectures, including compute, APIs, DevOps, data, and AI.
• Strong background in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-400, or AZ-102).
• Experience with additional languages such as Python or Node.js.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
