Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Project manage the delivery of business process transformation and technology engagements for large enterprises
• Manage client relationships with senior-level executives
• Develop financial business cases, risk modeling, and strategies for business transformation and strategic sourcing
• Develop RFP statements of work, financials, service levels, and terms & conditions
• Architect, execute, and manage transition planning and support activities
• Manage large budgets while ensuring the timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness of engagements
• Support proposal development and the creation of intellectual capital in new growth areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-rated school
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or operations management
• Proven experience in business process optimization and transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and business development skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel across North America and potentially other regions

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or an advanced degree in Business or a related field
