Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Project manage the delivery of business and technology engagements and work streams for large enterprises
• Focus on enterprise transformation and optimization strategies to drive business, technical, and operational improvements
• Manage client relationships with senior-level executives to gain confidence and respect
• Develop financial business cases, risk modeling, and strategies for business transformation and strategic sourcing
• Create RFP statements of work, financials, service levels, and terms & conditions
• Architect, execute, and manage transition planning and support activities
• Manage large budgets while ensuring the timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness of engagements
• Support proposal development and the creation of intellectual capital in new growth areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-rated school
• MBA with no consulting experience OR 3-5 years of consulting, management consulting, or operations management experience
• Proven experience in client relationship management and project management
• Hands-on experience in transition planning and execution
• Strong financial acumen for business case and budget management
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid work authorization for Spain (sponsorship is not provided)
