Senior Consultant - Asset Management (Data Consultant)

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for data analytics across Energy service lines to ensure consistency in reporting and analytical methods.
• Lead data-driven initiatives including asset performance trending, failure prediction, and anomaly detection.
• Analyze complex datasets from SCADA, CMMS, operational logs, and engineering sources to provide actionable insights.
• Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI to support internal project tracking and client-facing reporting.
• Support the implementation of digital asset management frameworks aligned with ISO 55001 principles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand data challenges and develop tailored digital tools and dashboards.
• Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and proposing data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, specifically within engineering or energy environments.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets such as SCADA or operational asset data.
• Strong understanding of the asset management lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into non-technical insights for stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning applications.
• Experience working on energy-specific projects such as wind, CCGT, BESS, or grid infrastructure.
• Experience developing internal digital products or specialized asset management tools.
